Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves (halved)
- 125 g green olives (pitted)
- 1 tbsp small capers
- 1 tbsp pine nuts (toasted in a pan without fat)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Put the olives, capers, pine nuts, tomato paste, vinegar, olive oil, and a pinch of pepper into a blender.
- 2. Blend the ingredients until a smooth paste forms.
- 3. Taste the paste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
- 4. Serve the olive paste on toasted ciabatta slices.
