  3. 3. Remove the pan from the heat and transfer the pine nuts to a plate.
  4. 4. Let the pine nuts cool down completely.
  5. 5. Pat the anchovy fillets dry with a kitchen towel.
  6. 6. Roughly chop the olives.
  7. 7. Add the chopped olives, cooled pine nuts, parsley, olive oil, anchovies, and goat cream cheese to a blender.
  8. 8. Blend the ingredients until you have a smooth, fine cream.
  9. 9. Season the cream to taste with salt and pepper.
  10. 10. Spoon the olive cream into small serving bowls.
  11. 11. Serve the dip immediately.
