Ingredients
- 100 g olives
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 1 tsp thyme leaves
- 1 tsp rosemary needles
- 50 g almond kernels
- 50 g Lopino
- pepper (from the mill)
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Put the olives, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, thyme, rosemary, and almonds into a blender. Puree everything until smooth. Add the Lopino (a type of spice mix or seasoning) and blend again briefly.
- 2. Season the dip to taste with pepper and salt. Serve it with baguette.
