  4. 4. Set the radish slices aside and let them draw out some moisture.
  5. 5. Peel the carrots.
  6. 6. Slice the carrots.
  7. 7. Drain both types of olives.
  8. 8. Dry the olives.
  9. 9. Cut a small wedge out of each large olive lengthwise.
  10. 10. Mix the cream cheese with the lemon juice.
  11. 11. Lightly salt the cream cheese mixture.
  12. 12. Spread the cream cheese mixture into the indentations of the large olives.
  13. 13. Make sure a small white strip remains visible.
  14. 14. Pat the radish slices dry.
  15. 15. Place 4 radish slices on a plate.
  16. 16. Use the radish slices as a base that looks like ice floes.
  17. 17. Cut a small triangle from the carrot slices.
  18. 18. Use the triangle as a beak for the penguins.
  19. 19. Set the triangle aside.
  20. 20. Place the remaining carrot slices in the center on top of the radish slices.
  21. 21. Use the carrot slices as the penguins' feet.
  22. 22. Insert the carrot triangle (beak) into the small olive.
  23. 23. Take a small wooden skewer.
  24. 24. Skewer the small olive (head) crosswise onto the stick.
  25. 25. Insert the stick with the small olive firmly into the large olive (body).
  26. 26. Press a peppercorn into the cream cheese mixture.
  27. 27. Press a small piece of parsley into the cream cheese mixture.
  28. 28. Use the peppercorn and parsley as a tie.
