Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves
- 60 ml olive oil
- 1 jar olives (drained weight 200 g)
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 2 sprigs fresh oregano
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves and slice them thinly. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a small pan and sauté the garlic in it briefly. Drain the olives and place them in a bowl.
- 2. Wash the rosemary and oregano sprigs and shake them thoroughly to remove excess water.
- 3. Mix the remaining olive oil with the rosemary, oregano, fennel seeds, and garlic. Pour the mixture over the olives, season with salt and pepper, and stir everything well. Let the garlic olives marinate for several hours.
