🍕 Crispy Pizza with Olives and Cheese

Ingredients
- 500 g flour
- 40 g yeast
- 1 pinch sugar
- 0.25 l water
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 can peeled tomatoes
- 1 tsp oregano
- 150 g Pecorino
- 1 bunch parsley
- 100 g green olives
Instructions
- 1. Sift the flour into a large bowl.
- 2. Make a well in the center of the flour.
- 3. Crumble the yeast into the well.
- 4. Mix the yeast with lukewarm water, sugar, and olive oil.
- 5. Dust a little flour over the mixture.
- 6. Let the dough rise covered for 30 minutes.
- 7. Knead the dough well until it forms bubbles.
- 8. Let the dough rise covered in a warm place for 60 minutes.
- 9. Roll out four pizzas with a diameter of 20 cm.
- 10. Place the pizzas on a baking sheet.
- 11. Prick the base of each pizza several times with a fork.
- 12. Peel the onion and garlic.
- 13. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
- 14. Sauté the vegetables in olive oil.
- 15. Add oregano, salt, and pepper.
- 16. Add the tomatoes.
- 17. Simmer the sauce over low heat for 30 minutes.
- 18. Spread the tomato sauce over the dough.
- 19. Grate the Pecorino cheese coarsely.
- 20. Sprinkle the cheese over the pizza.
- 21. Finely chop the parsley.
- 22. Sprinkle the parsley and olives over the pizza.
- 23. Bake the pizzas at 200 degrees for 15 minutes until crispy.
