  8. 8. Let the dough rise covered in a warm place for 60 minutes.
  9. 9. Roll out four pizzas with a diameter of 20 cm.
  10. 10. Place the pizzas on a baking sheet.
  11. 11. Prick the base of each pizza several times with a fork.
