  1. 1. Halve the almonds.
  2. 2. Stuff the halved almonds into the pitted olives.
  3. 3. Wash the parsley under running water.
  4. 4. Chop the parsley coarsely.
  5. 5. Press the garlic clove through a garlic press directly into the olive oil.
  6. 6. Mix the garlic oil with the chopped parsley.
  7. 7. Season the oil-parsley mixture with salt and pepper.
  8. 8. Stir the seasoning mixture well until it is homogeneous.
  9. 9. Pour the oil-parsley mixture evenly over the stuffed olives.
  10. 10. Cut the chili peppers in half lengthwise.
  11. 11. Remove the seeds from the chili peppers.
  12. 12. Slice the seeded chili peppers into thin strips.
  13. 13. Fold the chili pepper strips gently into the olives.
  14. 14. Cover the bowl with the olives.
  15. 15. Let the olives marinate for two hours.
  16. 16. Serve the finished olives together with grissini (Italian breadsticks).
