🍽️ Herb-Stuffed Olives with Almonds

Ingredients
- 200 g green olives (pitted)
- 100 g whole almonds
- 1 red chili pepper
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 package grissini
Instructions
- 1. Halve the almonds.
- 2. Stuff the halved almonds into the pitted olives.
- 3. Wash the parsley under running water.
- 4. Chop the parsley coarsely.
- 5. Press the garlic clove through a garlic press directly into the olive oil.
- 6. Mix the garlic oil with the chopped parsley.
- 7. Season the oil-parsley mixture with salt and pepper.
- 8. Stir the seasoning mixture well until it is homogeneous.
- 9. Pour the oil-parsley mixture evenly over the stuffed olives.
- 10. Cut the chili peppers in half lengthwise.
- 11. Remove the seeds from the chili peppers.
- 12. Slice the seeded chili peppers into thin strips.
- 13. Fold the chili pepper strips gently into the olives.
- 14. Cover the bowl with the olives.
- 15. Let the olives marinate for two hours.
- 16. Serve the finished olives together with grissini (Italian breadsticks).
