Ingredients
- 200 g Olives
- 200 g Artichoke hearts (from the jar)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic clove. Puree the artichoke bottoms with some olive oil and lemon juice until smooth. Press in the garlic and season the cream generously with salt and pepper.
- 2. Gently fold the olives into the cream. Spoon the mixture into a small bowl and serve.
