Ingredients
- 150 g olives (black, pitted)
- 2 sprigs basil
- 50 ml olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Place the olives and the fresh basil leaves into a blender.
- 2. Blend the ingredients roughly until a coarse paste forms.
- 3. Press the garlic clove directly into the bowl.
- 4. Add the oil.
- 5. Stir everything well until the oil is evenly distributed.
- 6. Finally, season the sauce to taste with salt and black pepper.
