  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (Gas mark 4).
  2. 2. Cut the salmon into portions and place them in a baking dish.
  3. 3. Drizzle soy sauce and olive oil over the fish and season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Add lemon juice and the grated lemon zest and bake everything for about 10 to 12 minutes.
  5. 5. Cut the onion, cut the apple into strips and shred the salad.
  6. 6. Cut the avocado in half and cut it into pieces.
  7. 7. Mix the onions, the apple strips, the salad and the avocado.
  8. 8. Mix lemon juice, olive oil and sea salt and pour the mixture over the salad.
  9. 9. Serve the salmon with the salad and rice.
