🍽️ Crispy Oven Potatoes with Rosemary and Lemon

Ingredients
- 1 kg waxy potatoes
- 2 organic lemons
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- sea salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and wash them thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the potatoes into even wedges.
- 3. Wash the lemons under hot water.
- 4. Dry the lemons with a cloth.
- 5. Cut the lemons into quarters.
- 6. Wash the rosemary sprigs.
- 7. Shake the rosemary sprigs dry.
- 8. Strip the rosemary needles from the stems.
- 9. Place the potato wedges, lemon quarters, and rosemary in a baking dish.
- 10. Drizzle everything with olive oil.
- 11. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 12. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (180 degrees with fan or gas mark 3).
- 13. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven.
- 14. Bake the potatoes for about 30 minutes.
- 15. Turn the potatoes occasionally during the baking time.
