  1. 1. Peel the potatoes and wash them thoroughly.
  2. 2. Cut the bottom of each potato flat so it stands stably on the baking sheet.
  3. 3. Pat the potatoes dry and rub them lightly with oil.
  4. 4. Wrap each potato individually in aluminum foil.
  5. 5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  6. 6. Place the foil packets in the oven and bake them for 50 minutes.
  7. 7. Take the potatoes out of the oven and carefully remove them from the foil.
  8. 8. Cut off the top of the still warm potatoes.
  9. 9. Hollow out the inside of the potatoes with a spoon, but keep the skin intact.
  10. 10. Dice the salmon into small pieces.
  11. 11. Fill the hollowed-out potato shells with the diced salmon.
  12. 12. Whip the cream until it is stiff.
  13. 13. Mix the whipped cream with horseradish, salt, and pepper.
  14. 14. Place a dollop of the cream mixture on the salmon in each potato.
  15. 15. Garnish the finished potatoes with fresh dill.
