🍽️ Baked Potatoes with Salmon Filling

Ingredients
- 8 potatoes
- 150 g smoked salmon
- 120 g whipping cream
- 30 g horseradish (from the jar)
- 1 tsp oil
- salt
- pepper
- 2 sprigs dill
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and wash them thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the bottom of each potato flat so it stands stably on the baking sheet.
- 3. Pat the potatoes dry and rub them lightly with oil.
- 4. Wrap each potato individually in aluminum foil.
- 5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 6. Place the foil packets in the oven and bake them for 50 minutes.
- 7. Take the potatoes out of the oven and carefully remove them from the foil.
- 8. Cut off the top of the still warm potatoes.
- 9. Hollow out the inside of the potatoes with a spoon, but keep the skin intact.
- 10. Dice the salmon into small pieces.
- 11. Fill the hollowed-out potato shells with the diced salmon.
- 12. Whip the cream until it is stiff.
- 13. Mix the whipped cream with horseradish, salt, and pepper.
- 14. Place a dollop of the cream mixture on the salmon in each potato.
- 15. Garnish the finished potatoes with fresh dill.
