🍰 Baked Potatoes with Salmon and Crème Fraîche

Ingredients
- 8 potatoes
- 8 slices salmon
- 8 tsp crème fraîche
- pepper (from the mill)
- chives
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Wrap each potato individually in a piece of aluminum foil.
- 3. Poke the foil several times with a wooden skewer to allow steam to escape.
- 4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 5. Place the potatoes on a baking tray and bake them for about 40 minutes.
- 6. Take the potatoes out of the oven and remove them from the foil.
- 7. Cut a cross shape into the top of each potato.
- 8. Gently press the potatoes apart to create a well.
- 9. Top the potatoes with the salmon.
- 10. Place a dollop of crème fraîche on each piece of salmon.
- 11. Sprinkle the dish with coarse black pepper.
- 12. Garnish the potatoes with fresh chives.
