🍽️ Roast Potatoes with Garlic Dip

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes (approx. 150 g each)
- 4 garlic cloves
- 0.5 bunch chives
- 100 g quark (20% fat)
- 100 g low-fat quark
- 250 g yogurt
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
- 2. Wrap each potato individually in aluminum foil.
- 3. Preheat the oven to 250 °C (220 °C with fan or highest gas setting).
- 4. Place the wrapped potatoes in the oven.
- 5. Bake them for 25 to 30 minutes.
- 6. Peel the garlic cloves in the meantime.
- 7. Finely chop the garlic.
- 8. Wash the chives.
- 9. Shake the chives dry.
- 10. Cut the chives into fine rings.
- 11. Mix the quark with the yogurt.
- 12. Reserve two-thirds of the chives for the sauce.
- 13. Stir the chopped garlic into the quark-yogurt mixture.
- 14. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
- 15. Remove the cooked potatoes from the oven.
- 16. Carefully open the aluminum foil.
- 17. Cut the potatoes once lengthwise.
- 18. Fill the potatoes with some of the garlic sauce.
- 19. Sprinkle the stuffed potatoes with the remaining chives.
- 20. Serve the potatoes together with the remaining garlic dip.
