  1. 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
  2. 2. Wrap each potato individually in aluminum foil.
  3. 3. Preheat the oven to 250 °C (220 °C with fan or highest gas setting).
  4. 4. Place the wrapped potatoes in the oven.
  5. 5. Bake them for 25 to 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Peel the garlic cloves in the meantime.
  7. 7. Finely chop the garlic.
  8. 8. Wash the chives.
  9. 9. Shake the chives dry.
  10. 10. Cut the chives into fine rings.
  11. 11. Mix the quark with the yogurt.
  12. 12. Reserve two-thirds of the chives for the sauce.
  13. 13. Stir the chopped garlic into the quark-yogurt mixture.
  14. 14. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  15. 15. Remove the cooked potatoes from the oven.
  16. 16. Carefully open the aluminum foil.
  17. 17. Cut the potatoes once lengthwise.
  18. 18. Fill the potatoes with some of the garlic sauce.
  19. 19. Sprinkle the stuffed potatoes with the remaining chives.
  20. 20. Serve the potatoes together with the remaining garlic dip.
