🍽️ Baked Potatoes with Cottage Cheese

Ingredients
- 4 large mostly waxy potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 clove garlic
- 300 g cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- 1 pinch paprika powder (mild sweet)
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with fan. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and scrub them clean. Wrap them in aluminum foil, place them on a baking tray, and bake for about 60 minutes.
- 2. Peel the carrot and grate it finely. Peel the garlic and press it. Mix both with the cottage cheese and season the mixture to taste with lemon juice, salt, paprika powder, and pepper.
- 3. Unwrap the potatoes, cut them lengthwise, and place them on plates. Top with some of the cottage cheese mixture and serve the rest separately.
