Ingredients
- 800 g potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thick slices or wedges. Pat the potato pieces dry with a kitchen towel or paper towels.
- 2. Brush a baking tray with some oil and arrange the potatoes on it. Season with salt and pepper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Turn the potatoes halfway through so they turn brown and crispy all over.
