🍽️ Baked Potato with Tuna Filling

Ingredients
- 8 medium-sized potatoes
- olive oil
- sea salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 shallot
- 120 g plain yogurt
- 250 g tuna (in its own juice, can)
- 1 dash lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry.
- 3. Place the potatoes on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- 4. Drizzle the potatoes with a little olive oil.
- 5. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper.
- 6. Bake the potatoes in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes.
- 7. Wash the bell pepper and cut it in half lengthwise.
- 8. Remove the seeds and white inner walls from the bell pepper.
- 9. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes.
- 10. Peel the shallot and chop it finely.
- 11. Mix the diced bell pepper, chopped shallot, and yogurt in a bowl.
- 12. Drain the tuna well.
- 13. Mash the tuna with a fork.
- 14. Fold the tuna into the yogurt mixture.
- 15. Season the filling with salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste.
- 16. Take the potatoes out of the oven.
- 17. Make a lengthwise cut into the potatoes.
- 18. Gently press the potatoes open.
- 19. Fill the potatoes with the tuna mixture.
- 20. Plate the potatoes.
- 21. Sprinkle the finished potatoes with ground pepper and serve.
