  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry.
  3. 3. Place the potatoes on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  4. 4. Drizzle the potatoes with a little olive oil.
  5. 5. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper.
  6. 6. Bake the potatoes in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes.
  7. 7. Wash the bell pepper and cut it in half lengthwise.
  8. 8. Remove the seeds and white inner walls from the bell pepper.
  9. 9. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes.
  10. 10. Peel the shallot and chop it finely.
  11. 11. Mix the diced bell pepper, chopped shallot, and yogurt in a bowl.
  12. 12. Drain the tuna well.
  13. 13. Mash the tuna with a fork.
  14. 14. Fold the tuna into the yogurt mixture.
  15. 15. Season the filling with salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste.
  16. 16. Take the potatoes out of the oven.
  17. 17. Make a lengthwise cut into the potatoes.
  18. 18. Gently press the potatoes open.
