🍽️ Baked Potato with Sour Cream and Caviar Topping

Ingredients
- 8 large floury potatoes
- 150 g Crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt (pepper)
- 50 g caviar (or more)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Wash the potatoes with the skin and dry them.
- 3. Place each potato on a piece of aluminum foil.
- 4. Wrap the aluminum foil tightly around the potato.
- 5. Place the wrapped potatoes on a baking sheet.
- 6. Bake the potatoes for about 50 minutes.
- 7. Stir Creme Fraiche with lemon juice until smooth.
- 8. Season the Creme Fraiche with salt and pepper.
- 9. Take the potatoes out of the oven.
- 10. Open the aluminum foil around the potatoes.
- 11. Cut the potatoes in a cross shape.
- 12. Press the potatoes apart.
- 13. Place a dollop of the seasoned Creme Fraiche in the center.
- 14. Top the potato with caviar.
- 15. Serve the potato immediately.
