  5. 5. Blanch the broccoli (cook briefly in boiling water) in salted water for 3 to 4 minutes until al dente.
  6. 6. Rinse the broccoli with cold water and let it drain.
  7. 7. Wash the bell pepper.
  8. 8. Halve the bell pepper and remove the core.
  9. 9. Dice the bell pepper into small pieces.
  10. 10. Wash the zucchini.
  11. 11. Remove the hard ends of the zucchini.
  12. 12. Dice the zucchini into small pieces.
  13. 13. Peel the onion.
  14. 14. Dice the onion.
  15. 15. Mix the prepared vegetables with the cheese.
  16. 16. Remove the cooked potatoes from the water.
  17. 17. Slice the potatoes lengthwise in the middle.
