🍽️ Oven-baked mushrooms and onions with cheese

Ingredients
- 8 red onions
- 250 g mushrooms (e.g. button mushrooms, shiitake)
- 200 g halloumi
- 60 ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Peel the onions and cut off the roots at the bottom, but leave the top stem intact.
- 3. Cut the onions in half lengthwise.
- 4. Place the onion halves on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 5. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- 6. Place the mushrooms on the baking sheet as well.
- 7. Take the halloumi out of the package and cut it into cubes of about 1 cm.
- 8. Mix the olive oil with the parsley, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- 9. Brush the onions with about half of the oil mixture.
- 10. Mix the halloumi with the remaining oil.
- 11. Place the halloumi on the mushrooms.
- 12. Bake the dish for about 15 minutes in the oven.
- 13. Let the dish cool down briefly.
- 14. Serve the dish with fresh white bread.
