🍽️ Oven chicken with potatoes and parsnips

Ingredients
- 3 chicken breast fillets
- 2 larger potatoes
- 2 parsnips
- 2 onions
- 3 slices breakfast bacon
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tsp chopped rosemary needles
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp freshly grated horseradish
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- 2. Peel the potatoes and parsnips.
- 3. Cut the potatoes and parsnips into small cubes.
- 4. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
- 5. Peel the onions and cut them into wedges.
- 6. Cut the breakfast bacon into small cubes.
- 7. Put all ingredients into a large bowl.
- 8. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and rosemary.
- 9. Mix everything well until evenly seasoned.
- 10. Grease a baking dish with some oil.
- 11. Place the chicken mixture into the prepared dish.
- 12. Drizzle the dish with a little more oil.
- 13. Place the dish in the preheated oven.
- 14. Bake the dish for 30 minutes.
- 15. Stir the ingredients occasionally during the baking time.
- 16. Remove the dish from the oven when the time is up.
- 17. Add some horseradish on top of the hot dish.
- 18. Serve the food on plates.
- 19. Serve the four egg yolks (still in the shell) on the side.
