  2. 2. Peel the potatoes and parsnips.
  3. 3. Cut the potatoes and parsnips into small cubes.
  4. 4. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
  5. 5. Peel the onions and cut them into wedges.
  6. 6. Cut the breakfast bacon into small cubes.
  7. 7. Put all ingredients into a large bowl.
  8. 8. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and rosemary.
  9. 9. Mix everything well until evenly seasoned.
  10. 10. Grease a baking dish with some oil.
  11. 11. Place the chicken mixture into the prepared dish.
  12. 12. Drizzle the dish with a little more oil.
  13. 13. Place the dish in the preheated oven.
  14. 14. Bake the dish for 30 minutes.
  15. 15. Stir the ingredients occasionally during the baking time.
