🍽️ Stuffed Bell Peppers from the Oven

Ingredients
- 4 yellow bell peppers
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 100 g unsalted cashew nuts
- 200 g mushrooms
- 200 g feta cheese
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 0.5 bunch chopped parsley
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut the bell peppers in half, wash them well, and remove the seeds and white inner membranes. Peel the onion and sauté it in the oil. Clean the mushrooms, cut them in half, and fry them together with the nuts for 5 minutes.
- 2. Cut the cheese into small cubes and mix it with the parsley. Season the mixture with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Fill the pepper halves with this mixture, place them on a greased baking sheet, and bake them in the preheated oven (top and bottom heat) at 190 °C for about 20 minutes.
