  1. 1. Peel the bananas and cut them into small pieces.
  2. 2. Place the banana pieces, oat flakes, blackstrap molasses, almond butter, baking powder, almond drink, and flax and chia seeds into a bowl.
  3. 3. Blend all ingredients with an immersion blender until a smooth mixture forms.
  4. 4. Slice one strawberry per portion and set the slices aside for garnish.
  5. 5. Chop the remaining strawberries and stir them into the porridge mixture.
  6. 6. Divide the mixture among four ovenproof dishes.
  7. 7. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius (180 degrees Celsius with fan or gas mark 3).
  8. 8. Bake the porridge in the oven for about 12 minutes.
  9. 9. Remove the dishes from the oven and let the porridge cool down briefly.
  10. 10. Garnish the finished porridge with the reserved strawberry slices.
  11. 11. Enjoy the baked porridge while it is warm.
