🍳 Baked Porridge

Ingredients
- 2 pieces Bananas (approx. 400 g)
- 140 g fine oat flakes
- 4 tsp agave syrup
- 100 g almond butter
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 150 ml almond drink (almond milk)
- 2 tbsp flaxseeds (10 g)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds (10 g)
- 10 pieces strawberries (approx. 120 g)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the bananas and cut them into small pieces.
- 2. Place the banana pieces, oat flakes, blackstrap molasses, almond butter, baking powder, almond drink, and flax and chia seeds into a bowl.
- 3. Blend all ingredients with an immersion blender until a smooth mixture forms.
- 4. Slice one strawberry per portion and set the slices aside for garnish.
- 5. Chop the remaining strawberries and stir them into the porridge mixture.
- 6. Divide the mixture among four ovenproof dishes.
- 7. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius (180 degrees Celsius with fan or gas mark 3).
- 8. Bake the porridge in the oven for about 12 minutes.
- 9. Remove the dishes from the oven and let the porridge cool down briefly.
- 10. Garnish the finished porridge with the reserved strawberry slices.
- 11. Enjoy the baked porridge while it is warm.
