🍽️ Crispy Oven Gnocchi with Cream Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 Carrot (à 100 g)
- 1 bunch Radishes (à 200 g)
- 1 Organic Lemon
- 500 g Gnocchi (refrigerated section)
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 200 g Cream cheese (with herbs)
- 1 box Watercress
- 2 tbsp Sunflower seeds (à 15 g)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the carrots and peel them.
- 2. Slice the peeled carrots into thin strips using a vegetable peeler.
- 3. Thoroughly wash the radishes.
- 4. Cut the radishes into quarters.
- 5. Rinse the lemon under hot water.
- 6. Dry the lemon with a cloth.
- 7. Cut the lemon into eight wedges.
- 8. Place the gnocchi and the prepared vegetables into a baking dish.
- 9. Drizzle oil over the vegetables and gnocchi.
- 10. Season everything with salt and pepper.
- 11. Mix the ingredients in the dish thoroughly.
- 12. Place the cream cheese in the center of the baking dish.
- 13. Arrange the lemon wedges around the cream cheese.
- 14. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (conventional heat).
- 15. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven.
- 16. Bake the gnocchi for 30 minutes.
- 17. Remove the dish from the oven after the baking time.
- 18. Mix the hot ingredients in the dish thoroughly.
- 19. Add a little hot water if the mixture seems too dry.
- 20. Wash the cress under cold water.
- 21. Shake the cress dry.
- 22. Cut off the cress leaves with scissors.
- 23. Sprinkle the finished gnocchi with the fresh cress.
- 24. Garnish the dish with sunflower seeds.
