  3. 3. Remove the breadcrumbs from the pan and place them in a large bowl.
  4. 4. Wash the zucchini and cut it into small cubes.
  5. 5. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  6. 6. Drain the capers and tomatoes well.

  8. 8. Peel the onion and dice it finely.
  9. 9. Drain the sardines.
  10. 10. Mash the sardines with a fork in the bowl.
  11. 11. Add the onion, capers, tomatoes, garlic, and zucchini to the sardines.
  12. 12. Add the remaining oil, parsley, and lemon juice.
  13. 13. Season everything with salt and pepper.
  14. 14. Mix all ingredients thoroughly with the breadcrumbs.
  15. 15. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
  16. 16. Taste the dip again before serving and adjust seasoning if needed.
