- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 0.75 l sunflower oil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the rosemary sprigs under running water.
- 2. Gently pat the leaves dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Place the dry rosemary sprigs into a clean, empty bottle.
- 4. Pour the oil over the herbs into the bottle.
- 5. Seal the bottle tightly with a lid.
- 6. Shake the bottle briefly to mix the oil and rosemary.
- 7. Let the oil infuse in a cool place for three weeks.
