  7. 7. Whisk the ingredients in the bowl until the mixture is white and creamy.
  8. 8. Add the oil drop by drop to the egg-garlic mixture.
  9. 9. Whisk the oil in continuously while adding it.
  10. 10. Wait until the added oil is fully incorporated.
  11. 11. Add the next drop of oil.
  12. 12. Switch from drop-by-drop to a slow, steady stream of oil.
  13. 13. Wash the parsley under running water.
  14. 14. Shake the parsley dry.
  15. 15. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
  16. 16. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
  17. 17. Fold the chopped parsley into the aioli.
  18. 18. Season the cream with salt.
  19. 19. Add lime juice and adjust the taste.
  20. 20. Fill the cream into small bowls.
  21. 21. Serve the bowls.
