Ingredients
- 200 g pineapple flesh
- 1 apple (red-skinned)
- 200 g strawberries
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp dried orange peel
- 0.5 tsp peppercorns
- 1 apple (green-skinned)
Instructions
- 1. Dice the pineapple into small cubes.
- 2. Wash the apple.
- 3. Cut the apple into quarters.
- 4. Remove the core from the apple quarters.
- 5. Dice the apple finely.
- 6. Wash the strawberries.
- 7. Remove the stems from the strawberries.
- 8. Chop the strawberries finely.
- 9. Place the fruit in a bowl.
- 10. Pour the orange juice over the fruit.
- 11. Add the vanilla sugar.
- 12. Mix everything well.
- 13. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes.
- 14. Take the orange peel and the pepper.
- 15. Place them in a mortar.
- 16. Grind the ingredients into a fine powder.
- 17. Wash the green apple.
- 18. Cut the green apple into quarters.
- 19. Remove the core from the apple quarters.
- 20. Slice the apple into very thin wedges.
- 21. Arrange the apple wedges on plates.
- 22. Take the fruit salad.
- 23. Drain the juice in a sieve if necessary.
- 24. Fill the fruit salad into a baking ring.
- 25. Press the salad down lightly in the ring.
- 26. Place the baking ring on the plates.
- 27. Carefully remove the ring.
- 28. Sprinkle the ground orange-pepper mixture over the fruit.
- 29. Serve the fruit.
