🍽️ Fresh fruit salad with mango, melon and mint

Ingredients
- 400 g ripe mango (1 ripe mango)
- 700 g small honeydew melon (1 small honeydew melon)
- 2 tbsp white rum
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 sprigs mint
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
Instructions
- 1. Peel the mango completely.
- 2. Carefully slice the soft flesh away from the large seed.
- 3. Cut the separated flesh into thin strips.
- 4. Cut the melon in half.
- 5. Remove the seeds from the melon.
- 6. Scoop small balls out of the melon flesh using a melon baller.
- 7. Place the mango strips and melon balls in a large bowl.
- 8. Whisk the rum and honey together well in a small bowl.
- 9. Wash the mint under running water.
- 10. Pat the mint dry with a kitchen towel.
- 11. Finely chop the mint leaves.
- 12. Pour the honey-rum mixture over the fruits in the bowl.
- 13. Add the chopped mint to the fruits.
- 14. Gently fold the ingredients together until everything is evenly coated.
- 15. Let the salad rest for a short while.
- 16. Portion the salad into small bowls or onto plates.
- 17. Sprinkle the finished dish with shredded coconut.
