🍳 Fruity Yogurt Fruit Salad

Ingredients
- 250 g strawberries
- 250 g nectarine (2 nectarines)
- 150 g bananas (1 banana)
- 125 g blueberries
- 250 g yogurt (1,5 % fat)
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- 1. Place the strawberries in a bowl with cold water.
- 2. Carefully remove them and let them drain on kitchen paper.
- 3. Remove the green stems and cut the berries into quarters.
- 4. Wash the nectarines under running water.
- 5. Dry them with a cloth.
- 6. Cut the fruits in half.
- 7. Carefully remove the stone.
- 8. Cut the flesh into thin wedges.
- 9. Place the blueberries in a bowl with cold water.
- 10. Remove them and let them drain on kitchen paper.
- 11. Peel the banana.
- 12. Cut it in half lengthwise.
- 13. Slice the halves.
- 14. Put all the fruit types into a large bowl.
- 15. Gently mix the fruit together.
- 16. Put the yogurt and maple syrup into a small bowl.
- 17. Stir the mixture until smooth.
- 18. Serve the yogurt sauce with the fruit salad.
