🍰 Honeydew Melon Fruit Salad

Ingredients
- 125 ml orange juice
- 100 g sugar
- 1 orange
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 mango
- 3 kiwis
- 0.5 honeydew melon
- mint
- 8 physalis
Instructions
- 1. Pour the orange juice into a large bowl.
- 2. Stir in the sugar until it is completely dissolved.
- 3. Peel the orange using a sharp knife.
- 4. Remove the white pith underneath the peel as well.
- 5. Cut the orange into segments and separate them from the membranes.
- 6. Halve the orange segments.
- 7. Peel the grapefruit thoroughly.
- 8. Remove the white pith here as well.
- 9. Cut the grapefruit into segments and separate them from the membranes.
- 10. Halve the grapefruit segments.
- 11. Peel the mango.
- 12. Carefully cut the flesh away from the pit.
- 13. Cut the mango flesh into small cubes.
- 14. Peel the kiwis.
- 15. Cut the kiwis into small cubes as well.
- 16. Take half of the honeydew melon.
- 17. Scoop out the seeds with a spoon.
- 18. Use a melon baller to scoop out small balls from the flesh.
- 19. Add all the prepared fruits to the bowl with the juice.
- 20. Toss the fruits well with the juice.
- 21. Cover the bowl.
- 22. Place the salad in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- 23. Serve the cold fruit salad.
- 24. Garnish it with fresh mint.
- 25. Add physalis (cape gooseberries) as decoration.
