  5. 5. Cut the orange into segments and separate them from the membranes.
  6. 6. Halve the orange segments.
  7. 7. Peel the grapefruit thoroughly.

  9. 9. Cut the grapefruit into segments and separate them from the membranes.
  10. 10. Halve the grapefruit segments.
  11. 11. Peel the mango.
  12. 12. Carefully cut the flesh away from the pit.
  13. 13. Cut the mango flesh into small cubes.
  14. 14. Peel the kiwis.
  15. 15. Cut the kiwis into small cubes as well.
  16. 16. Take half of the honeydew melon.
  17. 17. Scoop out the seeds with a spoon.
  18. 18. Use a melon baller to scoop out small balls from the flesh.
  19. 19. Add all the prepared fruits to the bowl with the juice.
  20. 20. Toss the fruits well with the juice.
  21. 21. Cover the bowl.
  22. 22. Place the salad in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  23. 23. Serve the cold fruit salad.
  24. 24. Garnish it with fresh mint.
  25. 25. Add physalis (cape gooseberries) as decoration.
