🍽️ Colorful Fruit Platter with Cream Cheese and Chicory

Ingredients
- 2 chicory
- 200 g cream cheese (low-fat)
- 1 honeydew melon
- 200 g strawberries
- 4 tbsp oat flakes
Instructions
- 1. Carefully separate the leaves of the chicory from each other.
- 2. Wash the leaves under running water.
- 3. Dry the leaves thoroughly so they are not wet.
- 4. Arrange the chicory leaves in a star shape on two plates.
- 5. Place small mounds of cream cheese on the chicory leaves.
- 6. Cut the melon in half.
- 7. Remove the seeds from the melon.
- 8. Use a melon baller to scoop out small balls from the flesh.
- 9. Leave a small border on the rind while doing so.
- 10. Peel the kiwis.
- 11. Slice the kiwi flesh into rounds.
- 12. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
- 13. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
- 14. Cut the strawberries into smaller pieces if necessary.
- 15. Fill the hollowed-out melon with the melon balls.
- 16. Add the kiwi slices to the hollowed-out melon.
- 17. Place the strawberries in the hollowed-out melon.
- 18. Sprinkle oat flakes over the fruit in the melon.
- 19. Whip the cream until it is firm.
- 20. Prepare the cocoa according to your preferences.
- 21. Serve the salad together with the cocoa and cream.
