  2. 2. Wash the leaves under running water.
  3. 3. Dry the leaves thoroughly so they are not wet.
  4. 4. Arrange the chicory leaves in a star shape on two plates.
  5. 5. Place small mounds of cream cheese on the chicory leaves.
  6. 6. Cut the melon in half.
  7. 7. Remove the seeds from the melon.
  8. 8. Use a melon baller to scoop out small balls from the flesh.
  9. 9. Leave a small border on the rind while doing so.
  10. 10. Peel the kiwis.
  11. 11. Slice the kiwi flesh into rounds.
  12. 12. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
  13. 13. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
  14. 14. Cut the strawberries into smaller pieces if necessary.
  15. 15. Fill the hollowed-out melon with the melon balls.
  16. 16. Add the kiwi slices to the hollowed-out melon.
  17. 17. Place the strawberries in the hollowed-out melon.
  18. 18. Sprinkle oat flakes over the fruit in the melon.
  19. 19. Whip the cream until it is firm.
  20. 20. Prepare the cocoa according to your preferences.
