  1. 1. Combine the orange juice, orange zest, and grape juice in a bowl and stir well.
  2. 2. Wash the plums, remove the pits, and cut them into wedges.
  3. 3. Wash the figs and cut them into wedges as well.
  4. 4. Wash the grapes and halve them.
  5. 5. Wash the apples and pears, peel them, and cut them into quarters.
  6. 6. Remove the core from the apple and pear pieces.
  7. 7. Cut the apple and pear quarters into thin wedges.
  8. 8. Add all the prepared fruit to the juice mixture.
  9. 9. Let the fruit marinate in the mixture for about 20 minutes.
  10. 10. Whip the cream with the vanilla powder until stiff.
  11. 11. Roughly chop the walnut kernels.
  12. 12. Divide the fruit among plates.
  13. 13. Garnish the salad with lingonberry jam and the chopped nuts.
  14. 14. Serve the whipped cream on the side.
