🍰 Fresh Fig Fruit Salad with Nuts

Ingredients
- 1 organic orange (juice and zest)
- 100 ml light grape juice
- 6 plums
- 4 figs
- 200 g red and white seedless grapes
- 2 apples
- 2 pears
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 1 pinch vanilla powder
- 50 g walnut kernels
- 2 tsp lingonberry jam
Instructions
- 1. Combine the orange juice, orange zest, and grape juice in a bowl and stir well.
- 2. Wash the plums, remove the pits, and cut them into wedges.
- 3. Wash the figs and cut them into wedges as well.
- 4. Wash the grapes and halve them.
- 5. Wash the apples and pears, peel them, and cut them into quarters.
- 6. Remove the core from the apple and pear pieces.
- 7. Cut the apple and pear quarters into thin wedges.
- 8. Add all the prepared fruit to the juice mixture.
- 9. Let the fruit marinate in the mixture for about 20 minutes.
- 10. Whip the cream with the vanilla powder until stiff.
- 11. Roughly chop the walnut kernels.
- 12. Divide the fruit among plates.
- 13. Garnish the salad with lingonberry jam and the chopped nuts.
- 14. Serve the whipped cream on the side.
