🍽️ Berry Sparkling Cocktail with Ice Cream and Kiwi

Ingredients
- 4 scoops ice (chocolate flavor with chocolate pieces)
- 4 scoops ice (blackcurrant flavor)
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 400 g mixed berries (e.g. blackcurrants, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and gooseberries)
- 2 mandarins
- 1 kiwi
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- Sekt
- mint (for decorating)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the berries under running water.
- 2. Pat the berries dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Peel the mandarins.
- 4. Carefully separate the mandarin segments from each other.
- 5. Place the berries and mandarin segments into a bowl.
- 6. Drizzle the fruit with lemon juice.
- 7. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the fruit.
- 8. Cover the bowl.
- 9. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- 10. Place the marinated berries into champagne flutes.
- 11. Fill the glasses with well-chilled sparkling wine.
- 12. Place a scoop of ice cream on the surface.
- 13. Slice the kiwi into thin rounds.
- 14. Halve the kiwi slices.
- 15. Garnish the glasses with fresh redcurrants.
- 16. Place kiwi slices on the glasses as decoration.
- 17. Add small mint leaves for decoration.
