  4. 4. Carefully separate the mandarin segments from each other.
  5. 5. Place the berries and mandarin segments into a bowl.
  6. 6. Drizzle the fruit with lemon juice.
  7. 7. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the fruit.
  8. 8. Cover the bowl.
  9. 9. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  10. 10. Place the marinated berries into champagne flutes.
  11. 11. Fill the glasses with well-chilled sparkling wine.
  12. 12. Place a scoop of ice cream on the surface.
  13. 13. Slice the kiwi into thin rounds.
  14. 14. Halve the kiwi slices.
  15. 15. Garnish the glasses with fresh redcurrants.
