  2. 2. Chop the nuts and toast them in a pan without added fat until fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. 3. Mix lemon juice and sugar in a large bowl. Wash, core, or peel the fruits as needed. Cut them into small pieces or leave them whole, depending on your preference. Toss the fruits in the marinade and let them sit for a short while.
  4. 4. Arrange the fruit salad on plates and sprinkle with the toasted nuts before serving.
