  1. 1. Peel the kiwis and remove the skin completely.
  2. 2. Cut the kiwi flesh into small cubes.
  3. 3. Peel the oranges and separate the segments from the skin and membranes.
  4. 4. Cut the orange segments into bite-sized cubes as well.
  5. 5. Place the cream cheese into a bowl.
  6. 6. Add the cream to the cream cheese mixture.
  7. 7. Stir the mixture with a spoon or whisk until it is completely smooth and free of lumps.
  8. 8. Add the honey.
  9. 9. Stir the honey in well until it has dissolved.
  10. 10. Grate some lemon zest over the cream.
  11. 11. Mix the lemon zest briefly with the cream.
  12. 12. Take small dessert plates or bowls.
  13. 13. Place a dollop of the cream cheese cream onto each plate.
  14. 14. Distribute the prepared fruit cubes (kiwis and oranges) on top of the cream.
  15. 15. Sprinkle the hazelnuts over the fruit as decoration.
