🍽️ Fruity Fruit Salad on Creamy Cream Cheese Base

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp hazelnuts (chopped)
- 2 kiwis
- 2 oranges
- 400 g cream cheese
- 50 g whipping cream
- honey
- 1 tsp lemon zest (grated)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the kiwis and remove the skin completely.
- 2. Cut the kiwi flesh into small cubes.
- 3. Peel the oranges and separate the segments from the skin and membranes.
- 4. Cut the orange segments into bite-sized cubes as well.
- 5. Place the cream cheese into a bowl.
- 6. Add the cream to the cream cheese mixture.
- 7. Stir the mixture with a spoon or whisk until it is completely smooth and free of lumps.
- 8. Add the honey.
- 9. Stir the honey in well until it has dissolved.
- 10. Grate some lemon zest over the cream.
- 11. Mix the lemon zest briefly with the cream.
- 12. Take small dessert plates or bowls.
- 13. Place a dollop of the cream cheese cream onto each plate.
- 14. Distribute the prepared fruit cubes (kiwis and oranges) on top of the cream.
- 15. Sprinkle the hazelnuts over the fruit as decoration.
