Ingredients
- 250 g strawberries
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 small pineapple
- 1 kiwi
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- 0.5 lemon
Instructions
- 1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the green leaves from the strawberries.
- 3. Slice the strawberries into thin pieces.
- 4. Peel the grapefruit completely.
- 5. Separate the grapefruit flesh into individual segments.
- 6. Peel the pineapple.
- 7. Cut the pineapple in half crosswise.
- 8. Place one pineapple half on a large platter with the leaves facing up.
- 9. Use this half as a decorative element.
- 10. Remove the tough core from the second pineapple half.
- 11. Slice the second half into pieces.
- 12. Wash the apples.
- 13. Remove the core from the apples.
- 14. Cut the apples into wedges.
- 15. Peel the banana.
- 16. Slice the banana.
- 17. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon.
- 18. Drizzle the apple slices with lemon juice.
- 19. Drizzle the banana slices with lemon juice.
- 20. This prevents the fruit from turning brown.
- 21. Arrange all the cut fruit decoratively on the platter.
