  4. 4. Add one teaspoon of sugar, some milk, and a spoonful of flour to the yeast.
  5. 5. Stir these ingredients together to form a small dough.
  6. 6. Cover the bowl.
  7. 7. Let the dough starter rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
  8. 8. Add two tablespoons of sugar, one egg yolk, and the butter to the dough.
  9. 9. Knead everything well until a smooth dough forms.
  10. 10. Cover the dough again.
  11. 11. Let the dough rise for another 30 minutes.
  12. 12. Mix the second egg yolk with the quark.
  13. 13. Add the lemon zest, one tablespoon of sugar, and the starch to the quark mixture.
  14. 14. Wash the fruit thoroughly.
  15. 15. Remove any seeds or stems from the fruit.
  16. 16. Cut the fruit into small pieces.
  17. 17. Knead the dough briefly.
  18. 18. Lightly dust a work surface with flour.
  19. 19. Roll out the dough on the floured surface.

  28. 28. Add the pine nuts on top.
