🍽️ Creamy Obatzter with Pears and Croutons

Ingredients
- 1 slice stale toast bread
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 pear
- 4 spring onions
- 250 g Camembert
- 200 g cream cheese
- 4 tbsp heavy cream
- salt
- paprika powder
Instructions
- 1. Remove the crusts from the toast bread.
- 2. Cut the bread into small cubes.
- 3. Heat butter in a pan.
- 4. Fry the bread cubes until golden brown and crispy.
- 5. Let the croutons drain on kitchen paper.
- 6. Peel the pear.
- 7. Cut the pear into quarters.
- 8. Remove the core of the pear.
- 9. Dice the pear flesh into fine cubes.
- 10. Wash the spring onions.
- 11. Remove the tough ends of the spring onions.
- 12. Slice the spring onions into thin, diagonal rings.
- 13. Take the Camembert out of its packaging.
- 14. Mash the Camembert with a fork in a bowl.
- 15. Add the cream cheese.
- 16. Add the cream.
- 17. Stir everything smooth with the fork.
- 18. Fold in the diced pear into the cheese mixture.
- 19. Fold in the spring onion rings into the cheese mixture.
- 20. Season the mixture with salt.
- 21. Season the mixture with paprika powder.
- 22. Fill the Obatzter into small bowls.
- 23. Sprinkle the Obatzter with the prepared croutons.
- 24. Serve the Obatzter with radishes.
