🍽️ Creamy Camembert Spread on Bread

Ingredients
- 250 g ripe Camembert
- 50 g soft butter
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 small onion
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 tsp paprika powder (sweet)
- 3 radishes
- 2 tbsp chive rings
- farmhouse bread (or dark bread)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Take the Camembert out of the package and remove the white rind.
- 3. Mash the cheese mixture finely in a bowl using a fork.
- 4. Add the butter, cream cheese, and paprika powder.
- 5. Stir everything well until a smooth paste forms.
- 6. Peel the onion and chop it very finely.
- 7. Fold the onion cubes into the cheese.
- 8. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 9. Wash the radishes and cut them into very fine sticks.
- 10. Slice the bread.
- 11. Spread the Obatzda thickly onto the bread slices.
- 12. Top the spread with the radish sticks.
- 13. Cut the chives into small rings.
- 14. Garnish the bread with the chive rings.
- 15. Serve the Obatzda immediately.
