  2. 2. Take the Camembert out of the package and remove the white rind.
  3. 3. Mash the cheese mixture finely in a bowl using a fork.
  4. 4. Add the butter, cream cheese, and paprika powder.
  5. 5. Stir everything well until a smooth paste forms.
  6. 6. Peel the onion and chop it very finely.
  7. 7. Fold the onion cubes into the cheese.
  8. 8. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. 9. Wash the radishes and cut them into very fine sticks.
  10. 10. Slice the bread.
  11. 11. Spread the Obatzda thickly onto the bread slices.
  12. 12. Top the spread with the radish sticks.
  13. 13. Cut the chives into small rings.
  14. 14. Garnish the bread with the chive rings.
  15. 15. Serve the Obatzda immediately.
