  1. 1. Put flour, yeast, nuts, sugar, and salt into a large bowl.
  2. 2. Mix the ingredients well together.
  3. 3. Pour 125 milliliters of lukewarm water into the bowl.
  4. 4. Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic.
  5. 5. Make sure the dough easily releases from the sides of the bowl.
  6. 6. Cover the dough.
  7. 7. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
  8. 8. Sprinkle some flour on a work surface.
  9. 9. Knead the dough vigorously on the floured surface.
  10. 10. Divide the dough into 30 equal portions.
  11. 11. Shape each portion into a thin roll.
  12. 12. Make sure the rolls are about 15 centimeters long.
  13. 13. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  14. 14. Place the rolls on the tray with some space between them.
  15. 15. Let the rolls rise for another 15 minutes.
  16. 16. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  17. 17. Place the tray on the middle rack.
  18. 18. Bake the sticks for 15 to 20 minutes.
  19. 19. Take the sticks out when they are golden brown.
