Ingredients
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 160 g butter
- 5 eggs
- 300 g sugar
- 2 packets vanilla sugar
- 350 g flour
- 100 g cornstarch
- 300 g walnuts

- 80 g powdered sugar
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 3. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- 4. Break the chocolate into small pieces and add it to the melted butter.
- 5. Stir continuously until the chocolate is completely melted.
- 6. Whisk the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a separate bowl until frothy.
- 7. Stir the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture.
- 8. Mix the flour with the cornstarch in a small bowl.
- 9. Gently fold the flour mixture into the chocolate cream.
- 10. Add the chopped nuts to the batter and mix well.
- 11. Spread the batter evenly onto the prepared baking tray.
- 12. Bake the cake in the hot oven for about 30 to 35 minutes.
- 13. Remove the tray and let the cake cool down completely.
- 14. Whisk powdered sugar with 1 to 2 tablespoons of water to form a thick glaze.
- 15. Dab the glaze onto the cooled cake.
- 16. Cut the cake into small rectangles or triangles and serve.
