  2. 2. Add the cubed 80 grams of butter, the honey, and the egg yolk.
  3. 3. Knead the ingredients quickly into a soft dough.
  4. 4. Grease a baking sheet with some fat.
  5. 5. Place the dough on the baking sheet.
  6. 6. Moisten your hands slightly with water.
  7. 7. Press the dough flat with your moist hands into a rectangle of about 35 by 20 centimeters.
  8. 8. Melt the remaining butter in a small saucepan.
  9. 9. Add the remaining honey, the ground nuts, and the whole nuts to the pot.
  10. 10. Let the mixture slowly come to a boil over low heat while stirring constantly.
  11. 11. Spread the nut mixture evenly over the dough.
  12. 12. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and place the tray in the center.
  13. 13. Bake the cake for about 15 minutes.
