Ingredients
- 280 g flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 200 g butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 100 ml milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 100 g sugar
- 150 g walnuts (chopped)
- 150 g hazelnuts (chopped)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Put the flour and a pinch of salt into a bowl.
- 3. Cut the butter into small cubes.
- 4. Work the butter into the flour quickly until small crumbs form.
- 5. Add the egg yolks, the vinegar, and the milk.
- 6. Knead everything quickly into a smooth dough.
- 7. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 8. Shape the dough on the tray into a flat disc.
- 9. Prick the dough surface several times with a fork.
- 10. Bake the cake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
- 11. Mix the sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl.
- 12. Take the cake out of the oven.
- 13. Sprinkle the mixed nuts over the hot cake immediately.
- 14. Let the cake cool down completely.
- 15. Cut the cooled cake into small pieces.
