🍽️ Homemade Hazelnut Butter

Ingredients
- 250 g Butter
- 50 g hazelnuts
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp white wine
- salt
- white pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the hazelnuts.
- 2. Toast the nuts in a dry pan until fragrant, if desired.
- 3. Beat the butter in a warm bowl until creamy and frothy.
- 4. Fold the hazelnuts into the butter.
- 5. Stir in the lemon juice and white wine.
- 6. Season the butter with salt and pepper.
- 7. Place the butter onto cling film.
- 8. Shape the butter into a roll.
- 9. Wrap the roll tightly in the film.
- 10. Chill the butter for at least two hours.
- 11. Slice the butter before serving.
