🍳 Homemade Hazelnut Butter

Ingredients
- 250 g Butter
- 100 g hazelnuts
- 0.5 lemon
- 2 tbsp white wine
- salt
- white pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the hazelnuts.
- 2. Beat the butter in a warm bowl until creamy.
- 3. Squeeze the lemon to extract the juice.
- 4. Mix the hazelnuts, lemon juice, and white wine into the butter.
- 5. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 6. Place the butter onto cling film.
- 7. Shape the butter into a tight roll.
- 8. Wrap the roll tightly in the film.
- 9. Place the roll in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- 10. Slice the butter before serving.
