🍽️ Crunchy Nut Spritz Cookies

Ingredients
- 220 g Butter
- 80 g powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 250 g flour
- 150 g ground hazelnuts
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 50 g cornstarch
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
- 2. Line two baking sheets with baking paper.
- 3. Beat the soft butter together with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy.
- 4. Stir in the egg, the egg yolk, and the grated orange peel into the butter mixture.
- 5. Mix the flour with the nuts, cocoa, and starch in a separate bowl.
- 6. Gently fold the flour mixture into the dough.
- 7. Fill the dough into a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- 8. Pipe the cookies in an S-shape onto the prepared sheets.
- 9. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
- 10. Remove the finished cookies from the sheets along with the paper.
- 11. Let the cookies cool down completely.
