🍽️ Crunchy Nut Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
- 200 g very soft butter
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 200 g dark chocolate (grated)
- 300 g hazelnuts (ground)
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 lemon juice
- sliced almond kernels
- sliced chocolate
Instructions
- 1. Beat the butter until creamy, mix in the powdered sugar, then add the chocolate and hazelnuts. Knead everything into a smooth dough and let it chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- 2. Take small portions of the dough and roll them into balls the size of a walnut. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving some space between each one.
- 3. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for around 20 minutes. Remove them afterwards and let them cool down completely.
- 4. Mix the powdered sugar with the lemon juice to make a glaze. Brush the cooled cookies with it, decorate them with sliced almonds and chocolate pieces, and let the glaze dry thoroughly.
