🍰 Crunchy Nut Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
- 250 g Flour
- 1.5 tsp Baking powder
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 4 tbsp Milk
- 200 g Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 2 pack Vanilla sugar
- 250 g Sugar
- 250 g Oat flakes (fine)
- 150 g chopped nuts
- 200 g Dark chocolate (coarsely chopped)
Instructions
- 1. Put flour, baking powder, and salt into a bowl and sift them together.
- 2. Add butter, sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla sugar to the bowl.
- 3. Stir the mixture with a spoon or fork until the dough is smooth and uniform.
- 4. Add the oat flakes and the chopped nuts to the dough.
- 5. Knead the ingredients with your hands or a spoon until they are well combined.
- 6. Gently fold the chopped chocolate into the dough.
- 7. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 8. Take portions the size of a tablespoon and shape them into small balls.
- 9. Place the dough portions individually onto the prepared baking tray.
- 10. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 11. Put the tray into the preheated oven.
- 12. Bake the cookies for about 12 to 15 minutes.
