  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius using the top and bottom heat setting.
  2. 2. Make a side cut into each Quorn fillet to create a pocket.
  3. 3. Mix one teaspoon of turmeric with one tablespoon of oil in a small bowl.
  4. 4. Brush the Quorn fillets all over with the turmeric and oil mixture.
  5. 5. Peel one onion and dice it finely.
  6. 6. Finely chop the nuts.
  7. 7. Combine the chopped nuts, diced onion, orange juice, remaining turmeric, remaining oil, cornstarch, thyme, and fennel seeds in a bowl.
  8. 8. Season the filling with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. 9. Stuff the mixture into the pockets of the Quorn fillets.
  10. 10. Place the stuffed Quorn fillets into a baking dish.
  11. 11. Distribute the remaining filling around the fillets in the dish.
  12. 12. Pour a little water into the baking dish.
  13. 13. Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
  14. 14. Remove the dish from the oven.
  15. 15. Slice the Quorn fillets.
  16. 16. Serve the slices together with the filling.
  17. 17. Serve the dish with cranberries and green asparagus on the side, as desired.
